projects below!
I’m Shlok Bhatt, a student interested in understanding how complex systems work—both in theory and in practice. My interests lie at the intersection of computer engineering, computation, and physics, where I enjoy exploring how abstract ideas translate into real, constrained systems. Whether through research-oriented programs, technical competitions, or independent projects, I’m driven by curiosity and a desire to learn from first principles.
Much of my work focuses on the boundary between software and hardware, where design decisions have tangible consequences for performance, reliability, and security. I’ve led teams in collaborative and competitive settings, built embedded and computational systems, and worked on projects that required careful reasoning, iteration, and execution. I enjoy taking ideas from concept to implementation and refining them through testing and reflection.
Alongside technical work, I founded Cyber-Pulse, a digital awareness initiative aimed at making technology more accessible and understandable for people of all ages. Through this work, I’ve become increasingly interested in how technical systems interact with human behavior and society. This portfolio reflects my ongoing journey—building, questioning, and learning—as I prepare for advanced study in engineering and research.
